Or he's thinking... "dang, that baby is so stupid" as he's looking at it (with his right eye) in disgust. More likely than the Jackie thing.

Actually, he's probably just wondering when he can eat his ham and cheese sandwich and carrot sticks that he brought with him to the Olan Mills studio for lunch. Keeping an eye on it over there in the corner. Making sure Sue, the photographer's assistant, doesn't sneak a taste.
